Happy Birthday Hammer
Today is the 49th birthday of Stanley Kirk Burrell (born March 30, 1962), better known by his stage name M.C. Hammer (or simply Hammer). The first concert JW's parents took him to (as in drop off and pick up) was an M.C. Hammer concert at the Forest National in Brussels, Belgium in April 1991 when he was 14 years old.

JW, I think of you so often, but especially this week. The story of the Hammer concert in Brussels, just brings more smiles to my face, because it is so easy to see you back in Belgium. You were so cool...especially to those pesty little kindergarten kids who loved and looked up to you. You always had time for them..which made you all the more cool.. We love you and treasure our happy memories!!
